MODERN WELDING SCHOOL


Admission Requirements

A high school diploma or a GED is required. Directors's perception as to general good health. No physical impairments that preclude safe operation of equipment or interfere with full performance of duties in the industry. Students are required to show proof of age and be at least 18 years of age by the time of program completion, show proof of identity and provide the school with a copy of their social security card.

Prospective students who have previously taken welding related course work at another institution or have relevent field experience, may request to be evaluated for transfer credits, which will replace scheduled program hours. Such determination after evaluation is at the discretion of the school official.

Admission Procedures

1. Schedule an appointment with our admission's representative.
2. Bring in required documentation at the time of your appointment.
3. Complete admission's process.
4. Sign enrollment agreement and return it with the non-refundable $100.00 enrollment fee.

Individual courses are available for the experienced welder.
It is Modern Welding School's policy for course 1 to precede any additional courses until after a welding pretest is evaluated and approved by Modern Welding School.
Pretest fee: $75.00
